Esplanade Homes was founded  by Matthew and Tina Ford. This husband and wife team have been building a business driven by reputation and client satisfaction for over a decade; bringing together ethics and aesthetics in a way that is often difficult to find. Those with the creative skills to design great homes often don't posses the construction expertise to guarantee the project timeline and budget.

In 2005, Matt and Tina Ford formed Shade House Development, a new home construction business that focuses on building green environmentally conscious homes.
